Simultaneous multiple allergen testing for the analysis of allergen-specific IgE
SGTi-Allergy Screen PLUS is an in vitro diagnostic medical device designed to aid in the diagnosis of allergic diseases by analyzing allergen-specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) in human serum or plasma (treated with Li-Heparin or Na-Citrate) using the enzyme immunoblotting method.
The test panel includes 120 allergens—comprising both inhalants and food allergens—arranged on a single strip. It enables the semi-quantitative measurement of allergen-specific IgE concentrations for all 120 allergens.
SGTi-Allergy Screen PLUS is compatible with the S-Blot PLUS series, an automated immunoblot analyzer that allows for fully automated testing.
