Multiple allergen simultaneous tests for the analysis of allergen-specific immunoglobulin E (IgE)
SGTi-Allergy Screen is an in vitro diagnostic medical device designed to aid in the diagnosis of allergies by analyzing allergen-specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) in human serum or plasma samples (treated with Li-Heparin or Na-Citrate) using the enzyme immunoblotting method.
The device includes two strips: one for an inhalant panel and one for a food panel. It enables semi-quantitative measurement of allergen-specific IgE concentrations for 103 different allergens.
SGTi-Allergy Screen is compatible with the S-Blot series, an automated immunoblot analyzer that allows fully automated testing.
